Project 365

I haven't posted to this blog in years. Lately I have been thinking that I want to do a Project 365 where you take one picture a day and post it online. I have found that sometimes I go weeks without taking any pictures of the kids or anything else.  I think the picture a day will be a good way to preserve memories. I have heard that it is difficult to take 1 picture a day for an entire year! Joseph has recently expressed an interest in photography and has said that he would like to do it with me. We'll see how it goes. I love my digital SLR, but I rarely carry it around. I do have an iPhone that I always have with me so I will likely take many of the pictures with my phone. The kids are growing like weeds. I got a new 50 mm lens for Christmas. I have been having fun taking pictures. As I was reviewing pictures I took of the kids, I realized that they all look like they have matured so much...just since Christmas break.  Time flies so quickly.  The moments are fleeting. I just want a way to document the moments. I hope that this project will help me to appreciate my life more. I am planning on posting 1 picture a day starting on New Year's Day! I hope I can keep it up for an entire year!
